⊹ Billing Information
After your first subscription, monthly members will be rebilled on the 15th of every month. If a payment fails, you will be notified and given some time to retry your payment. After this time, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
⊹ Shipping Schedule
If you subscribe before or on the 14th of the month, you will be signed onto the mailing list of the current month. Subscriptions after the 14th will receive next month's letter.
Mail will be sent out the week of the 14th every month. These can take 3-7 business days within Australia, and 7-25 business days worldwide.
⊹ How do I update my address/payment/subscription?
To cancel, update payment details or modify subscription shipping information, log into the customer portal.

⊹ I missed out on a letter I wanted
I will have extras of a month that will be available as catchups after the sign up period. Once these sell out, they will not be restocked.
I am working on making prints and stickers available to purchase individually after the sign up period.

⊹ Where can I track my order?
Mail club orders are shipped through an untracked, stamped letter through AusPost to keep costs low for you. As such, we are unable to track mail. We are not responsible for any lost mail.
⊹ How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary, below are general timeframes for our mail.
Australia: 3-7 business days
International: 7 - 25 business days
⊹ Can I change my address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible so I can get the changes made before your order is processed. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on orders sent to an incorrect address.
⊹ I haven't received my mail yet
If you haven't received your order within 2-3 weeks of the 14th, please contact me at mementorie.mori@gmail.com. Note that non-Australian letters can take up to 25 days to reach you. We are unable to refund lost mail, however if you haven't received your order in a month, I am happy to send out a replacement!

⊹ How long does it take for my mail to be packed?
Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed after the 14th.
⊹ When will your products be restocked?
Catch Up mail will not be restocked after selling out. Some items like prints and stickers will be restocked regularly.
✦ Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchange, or cancellations on a processed rebill. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me through the contact form or mementorie.mori@gmail.com so we can work out what's wrong!
